This sumptuous Couture number 18 necklace by Yves Saint Laurent is a truly exceptional piece. Composed of a nautilus shell set on a 9 x 9 cm genuine tortoiseshell form on a 43 cm necklace of carnelian beads. The clasp is made of 2 ebony buttons 4 cm in diameter. The necklace is not stamped but comes in its original box.
